Wife of Ganiyu Aliyu Garu, a member of the House of Representatives has drawn the anger of the public as a result of the type of empowerment she did for youth in her husband’s constituency. Hajiya Fatima Aminu Aliyu Garu is seen in a viral photograph distributing sugarcane sticks to youngsters, some of whom are supposed to be of school age.
Aliyu is the member representing Bauchi Federal Constituency in Bauchi State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The picture of the Lawmaker’s wife and some children seen holding the sugarcane sticks has gone viral on social media. However, the date and place the incident took place could not be ascertained.
It was published on social media by an X (formerly twitter) user, Abdoulrahmarn. The message reads, “Wife of Honorable Member Representing Bauchi state Federal Constituency Hajiya Fatima Aminu Aliyu Garu Doing an empowerment program to some youths last week.”
